1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 1STEP SOCIAL ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") at onestepsocial.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by an individual sole proprietor located in Texas, United States. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1STEP SOCIAL.

2. Description of Service

1STEP SOCIAL is an all-in-one growth platform for small businesses that includes server-to-server conversion tracking, AI-assisted content creation, SEO and ASO tools, deeplink management, and an AI marketing assistant. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@onestepsocial.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is available on a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription date.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by Paddle based on your location.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate unused time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written permission
• Track individuals without their knowledge or consent in violation of applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content created by 1STEP SOCIAL, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any data you upload or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1STEP SOCIAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
