Refund Policy

1. Payment Processor

All payments for 1STEP SOCIAL subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by Paddle and subject to Paddle's own terms and policies.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, any payment disputes or chargebacks are handled through Paddle's support channels.

2. No-Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid for 1STEP SOCIAL are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Fees for partial months of service
  • Fees for subscription periods where the service was not actively used
  • Fees for features or tools you did not access during the billing period

We encourage you to take full advantage of our free tier before subscribing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to get started.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to all paid features until that date, and no further charges will be made.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or account credit at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge
  • An extended service outage that materially impairs your use of the Service

If you believe you qualify for an exception, email us at info@onestepsocial.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All exception decisions are final and made at our discretion.
